We accept payments for all orders via Credit Card and PayPal (in US dollars).

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders in the United States will ship free via FedEx 2-Day or Home Delivery. Most will ship within 2-3 business days after your order has been accepted and payment received.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. 

International Shipping

Delivery times may vary based on time needed for customs clearance. Additional countries may be added on a case by case basis.


Each watch is precision tuned for accuracy. If the watch is way off upon delivery please download a Tesla Meter app to check for magnetism. This sometimes happens when going through customs and their scanning machines. It's easily fixed at a watchmaker with a demagnetization machine.

Taxes & Duties

Sales tax is collected for all transactions in Washington State. For all other states the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes if required by their state of residence.


For shipments outside of the United States, the customs office (or other authorities) in the sending and/or destination country may separately apply import duties, customs fees and/or other duties, fees, taxes and charges to your order. Customers are solely responsible for payment of these duties, fees, taxes and charges.

Two-Year International Warranty
We guarantee each watch we sell to be free of defects and to work dependably for at least 2 full years from date of purchase. If your watch malfunctions within this two year period, we will repair or replace the timepiece for you at no cost to you. If you have a warranty claim, please email us to receive further instructions.

The warranty on our timepieces will be voided by the following circumstances: Internal or external damage caused by accidents, mishaps, mishandling, abusive treatment of the watch (such as smacking it against your furniture when moving, or wearing your watch in a hot-tub or sauna), not having the screw-down crown fully screwed in, or excessive wear and tear.  Modifications, attempted repairs, or tampering with the watch by unauthorized third parties may also render your warranty void.

Return Policy

Goods can be returned / exchanged within 14 days (from receipt of goods) in their original condition (unworn an in original packaging). The goods are your responsibility until we receive them so please use a tracked postal service. We aim to issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge and Paypal fees) within 4 days of receiving the goods.
